- All case (24-Pack) orders include ground shipping.
- All other orders eligible for $8 flat rate ground shipping.
- FedEx and UPS ARE NOT GUARANTEEING delivery times on anything other than overnight service. Yes, you read this correctly. EVEN IF YOU PAY for upgraded service, the carriers do not promise to get it there in that period of time. <sighs deeply> There is nothing (at all. zero. zilch. nada) we can do about this, and it is maddening for everyone involved. This is completely out of our hands – we are sorry, but want to be completely up front about it.
Wine may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old. The person ordering and receiving the delivery WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN for the wine and may be required to show proof of age. Business addresses are preferred to ensure delivery on the first attempt. We are not able to ship to a P.O. Box.
If you select Fed-Ex, they suggest the following:
“Please have your valid government-issued photo ID ready at the time of delivery. Effective 06/28/2022 FedEx will introduce scanning technology that electronically captures the recipient’s first initial, last name, and automatically verifies that age requirements are met for shipments requiring an adult signature at delivery. The software does not record or store any other personal data (e.g. driver’s license number, birthday, home address, etc.).”
Orders received prior to 12:00 pm PT will be shipped by the end of the following business day. For most states, you have the option of selecting one of the following shipping options: Overnight, 2-Day, 3-Day, or Ground. We also offer a Local Pickup option for those in our area. Please let us know immediately if you have any shipping changes that are made after your order is placed so that we can update your shipping information before your order is shipped. If the change is not processed in time, the wines might need to be re-routed or returned, which could delay the delivery of your shipment.
Your order may be placed on a weather hold if the weather conditions at the departure or arrival location are not conducive to shipping wine. We will notify you via email if this occurs and will send a second email notification when your wine ships.
We do not offer cool packs as part of our shipping options because we do not use styrofoam. We are committed to using 100% recyclable materials when shipping our wines.
We very much care about your experience with Groove. While it is impossible for us to control every variable between us and you, we understand that it is natural for the customer to look to us in the instances where there is a problem.
